A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness." ~ D.H. Lawrence "Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?" "Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost." ~ Seneca "People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect." ~ Daydream Nation "All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death." ~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes "The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road." ~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita "It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend." ~ William Blake Think about it Musicalities! Kill that boredom!

I decided to actually learn in my classes today, and I managed to stay awake through both of them... Ate lunch... they had mozzarella sticks. :0 Napped. Went and participated in a psychology study, which was quick and easy. Napped? Had dinner with Casey and Saeedah. The grilled cheese was really good... (I get it pretty much every day, but it's not usually good :|) AND THEN... Casey and I decided to have a dance party in her room, so I grabbed my iPod and we danced to my music for three hours, just the two of us. :P It was fun stuff. We also assembled a Halloween costume for her that makes her look mega cool, and turned out the lights and waved around a flashlight and her iTouch for a better dance party effect. It was pretty swell. In less fun news, still no letters. :/ I should call his parents to see if they've gotten anything, I guess... but I'm kind of afraid to. D: I'll try it tomorrow after Casey and I buy more dance party supplies... 7 Comments. ooh la la communicating with the parents~~ dance party. wish i could (have been) be a part of it. ={ » Silver-dot- on 2009-10-16 03:59:58 haha, dance party involving two people. sounds like a winner. i guess it's better than a dance party involving just one person. i don't know if i'd be comfortable to dance around with just one person for three hours though. » thaitanic on 2009-10-16 08:39:55 clothes True. Even with "high fashion" or whatever, the guy's clothes look like everything else. Celebs wear tuxs...they all look the same pretty much. u.u ah well... » Aji on 2009-10-16 04:33:13 Oh.. just dance! I do that as a form of excercise. I just lack focus to do it and I need new dance moves cause I don't know much =( » Nuttz on 2009-10-16 09:43:26 Unfortunately I have no idea what they are. I call them Squishies. » Chloefoxx on 2009-10-17 10:05:34 Your absence from NuTang is disturbing. » middaymoon on 2009-10-18 12:26:09 You would think so, but doing that always seems to bother me. Plus I know my computer pretty well... » middaymoon on 2009-10-18 02:10:41
