Hi XXX,

Can I have the permission to do proposal of design conceptualizing, then having a suppose "confirm" layout from YYY?

I've not been brief thru the projects requirement, but there is already a Confirm layout done in word document from him, and i was suppose to work according to that layout. It will be better if i could discuss it with him before he makes any concept decision. So that i know if what he propose is feasible or not. Not working like a production worker that only needs to implement his idea.

I've been getting "confirm" stock image from him, which he is not sure if that image could fit into my design or not. Then i have to fit my design according to the image that he propose rather then finding a appropriate 1 that fit to the design.

I understand that he want to make things easier for me ..but sometimes this helpfulness could give me more problem instead.

It would be much appreciated if YYY could discuss such design element with me before making any decision.

Its just a basic muture respect for each other.

Today is Melanie's last day of her 2 months internship... going to miss her....
arghhh... no one going to help me after she left.. i'm back to square 1...

Went for a job interview on tuesday... kind of rush for me. Only get to know about the interview only on monday, and i have to spend my entire nite preparing my portfolio...only get to sleep for an hr..i'm exhausted..... its have been a year that i dun have to rush for my sch assignment.... a day without sleep can make me exhasuted for 3 days. While last time i could go without sleep for 3 days.

Anyway its a Digital Advertising company with office located globally. But dun think i'm fit for that job. :( it require alot of programming skills which i'm lack of... the interviewer ask me

" Do you know XML"... i reply no......
" Do you know DHTML"... i reply no.....
" Do you know Action scipts"...i reply ya i know a little
" Do you know how to hand write code" ....i reply.. i cant do hard core coding , but i know how to find my way to find code and make my things works....

There goes my hope... but any way this is my first interview after so looooong... and after so many job application.... can see a tiny ray of hope reaching towards me.

Wish me good luck... even if i couldn't make it to this company... hope i could see more ray coming out SOON!!!

I finally cut my hair!! :D ..quite happy with the results but... i have problem styling my hair. Any tips from u guys out there?

Bad hair day today.. wake u late.. dun have time to really style it...and it end up looking so messy.
