man these past weeks have been crazy! like omg u dont even kno! i swear like my head is gonna burst or sumthin! fuhk fuhk fuhk! so stressed over tests! so stressed over a lotta shxt! i mean dontchu think i deserve like a frikken break?! so tomorrow's short day n i asked my mom if i can go to the movies wit the homegirls n she's all like "u dont have ne thing to study? ur not failing?..." blah blah BLAH! all this OTHER SHXT that omg...it's DRIVING ME CRAZY! can't i at least get a lil break here! FXCK! i'm jes gonna pass out! im gonna go nuts! FXCK I WANNA GET OUTTA HERE! no1 fxckin knows how STRESSFUL i feel right now! jes ne lil problem..even jes a teeny one can add A LOT of STRESS! im like SO FXCKIN PISSED at the same FXCKIN time. SHXT MAN FXCK THIS! FXCK EVERYTHING! IM NOT IN THE FXCKING MOOD AGAIN! I FXCKIN SWEAR I AM GOING tO GO CRAZY! FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!

I know this might sound a little weird
coming from a guy and all, but it might do you a little good to write a poem or something. It always helps to analyze what you're feeling and a poem helps you do just that. And, if you don't want people to know exactly what you mean in case they stumble upon it, you can make it just as cryptic as you'd like. Talking or writing in a journal works too, I'm just partial to poems. ^.^

Hehehe...girl u have to relax...cuz been that crazy it's hard to operate. Jus tell ur mum u have gotta chill for a bit to let the brain rest, no use working all the time. Frens r very calming - plus try these - meditation, yoga, listening to ur music, dancing. hehehe just a couple of suggestions. But don't lose it NOW!!!! Take care k!
