i'm sick. :(

symptoms: headache, throat pain, congestion.
possible solutions: mucinex, dayquil, hollow point to the temple.

i got 2 hours of sleep last night. rather, it was 4am to 6am this morning. i had weird half-sleep dreams about... i don't even know. but i was frantically grabbing my pillows and thrashing around in my bed. and i was terrified, but i don't know why.

oh well.

Spradicfunk has left out the most important solution......WATER. DRINK IT. LOTS OF IT. And cantaloupe, because it tastes heavenly. Water and duct tape are universal solutions to 54% of the known world's problems...cantaloupe is just...cantaloupe.

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad. Since we're all giving you advice...

Hot Tea (peppermint would be ideal) with a couple drops of lemon juice and as much honey as you like. It will help with the congestion and the throat pain.
Cool Washcloth to your face and 3 -4 200mg ibprofen. I also like to take a valerian root capsule (over the counter at most pharmacys and all "natural"-esqe stores) before bedtime because it helps you sleep but you don't feel at all groggy the next day. And of course LOTS AND LOTS of water.

I'm a dirty hippie and a mom so you should totally take my advice lol. ;-)
