Pan's Labyrinth & New Keyboards
Friday. 7.27.07 2:15 am
I'm quite sure that it's the best movie I've ever seen.

I know this because there was quite a lot of gore, and usually any sight of blood makes me puke and/or pass out, but I watched the whole thing without even closing my eyes. I don't think even blinked. Blank? Blinked.

I'm using a new/old keyboard right now because my boyfriend's keyboard went loopy on us. I hate having to get used to new keys. The space bar hurts my thumb.

When I saw Pan's Labyrinth with you, you did close your eyes!

No way, man. I COVERED my eyes, but I totally peeked through my fingers. Big difference. :)

I enjoyed Pan's Labyrinth. Especially that they had the Spanish Lisp.

I think I closed my eyes a bit, because the use of blood as an element in movies is starting to annoy me. It was funny when I was younger, now it's just annoying.

Granted, we're all human and we all have the same physical traits and anatomical features that make it easy for us to dscer ourself as one (human) race, but that is where the similiarities end.

The contention that you and I and everyone else without a megaphone are just normal every day folk neglects the hypothesis that I hold true to my heart; the belief in a soul. Maybe I'm getting too theoretical, or too.. spiritual, but I believe that each individual person is endowed with a soul and that we're not all the same; that we're not all robots. We can all think and act differently and we a re only stereotyped as "nothing special" when those who stereotype us refuse to look to see what makes us different from the next schmo. I truly believe that every being is different from the next; there may be some similiarities physically, emotionally, or pathophysiologically, but we're not all the same in every way and all it takes is that one aspect of uniqueness.. that one deviation from the norm to juxtapose me from you, or you from your ma', or Thomas Jefferson, the hypocritical racist forefather, from George Jefferson, who moved on up to the east side--- to that deluxe apartment in the sky.

... sorry for the long comment.

Don’t we all have the power to be heard? Is there a set quota of people who must listen to us before we can don the mantle of ‘important’? How big of a name do we have to make for ourselves is what I’m asking.. A name in our household? Or small town? Or state? Country? Globally? How big do we have to be in order to not be one of the masses?

I remember Pan's Labyrinth.... It's an awesome movie, that's true, but I like Hard Candy better. :P

Yeah, I kinda love that movie.

Remember when we lost you cause you wouldn't go in the elevator? NOOB. =]

Also I want to play today.
