hallo peeps!!
i am so glad to be back home! the first thing i did was greet jolie with lots of joy then i went straight for my parcel. my medow bag and gap jelly bag arrived!! yipeeeeeee! they look lovely! and i have new bags to go to class with tomorrow!
glad to be back cos the whole trip was very tiring! travelling here and there via trains (KILA, KTM, LRT) for the wedding. checking in and out of different hotels, arugh... it was mega tiring. and the water in the hotels were all yellow and muddy!! i felt so dirty for the past 5 days.
we checked out zouk KL on thursday! walked a hell of a long way to get there. i was walking in my new slippers with blisters. there was a mega long Q outside zouk. there was some salem party going on, but roger managed to get both of us in with his zouk membership card. overall, it was a exact replica of singapore's zouk. much newer looking. music was R n B that night.. but was quite horrible. people in the club were actually singing to the lyrics of the R n B raps. eww... the service at the bar counter was bad.. the girls and guys were not was dressy as the ones in singapore.. so overall i didnt quite like that place. we left in less than an hour.
friday and sat we were at the wedding.. it was quite fun. meeting my relatives and my cousins from bangkok. (will post some pics tomorrow!)
sunday we took a train back to KL from Klang and we went to KLCC. nothing to buy!!! why? because the shops are all the same as the singapore ones.
what we have in singapore, they have it too. my cousin and his wife drove us out for dinner at some german beer place. had lots of sausages and roasted pig knuckles!
today, we checked out at 1pm and my cousin brought us to mid valley mall for some hongkong food. then we went to utama 1, a new shopping mall at petaling jaya. it sure was quiet there, no one was shopping or walking around compared to KLCC. didnt manage to buy anything as well. but their MNG and ZARA are having sales! MNG is having 50% off. :P
we proceed to putra jaya after. the new place in KL where all the ministries and government sectors are. the place was sure impressive!! everything was so new and the architecture sure took our breaths away! the place is still in development, so probably in a year's time, you might be able to stay in a hotel in putra jaya.
we went to the airport after putra jaya. i bought a spiderman 2 passport cover for $4.90RM. thats the only thing i bought! can you believe it!
we arrived at SG at 11pm. wanted to get vodka but the gal said that singaporeans who went to m'sia are not entitled to the dutyfree liquor!!!!!!
how unfair!
oh well, anyway, i am damn shagged now. lacked of sleep for the past 4 days! going to catch up with my sleep soon and smell my lovely pillows!
when i am less sleepy tomorrow, i shall post up my pics. not alot tho. the wedding was happening too fast and lots of photographers were blocking my view! only managed to get a few good shots.
