In fact, I'm disappointed that the industry is turning great books into to films and aren't really going the extra mile to keep up the quality. Furthermore, I find most movies aren't worth watching over and over, especially romantic ones. But there are two, off the top of my head, I'd recommend:   Granted they both somewhat revolve around romance, but the takes on relationships are unique enough to capture one's interest.
