I don't know what it is, either...
You know, I hate to break it to you...but drink more water!! Haha I'm always nagging my girlfriend to drink more water and she always thinks I'm just being annoying, but seriously it helps. It's the universal cure for like 50% of the world's ailments, and it's so easy.
