mood: In Pain

omg, i got my flu shot today and i pormised myself that i wouldn't cringe or scream but i broke my promise. that needle looked so much longer than it would normally be! i hate shots with a passion and i'm never ever going to get one again. Now my arm is in pain and i think i'm feeling the stupid slight dose of feverness thats suppose to follow. i doubt i would've gotten the flu anywayz if i didn't take the shot. it was a waste of my stinkin time

??? Shots aren't supposed to hurt. It's usually only if you notice.... or think about it.

I got a flu shot yesterday too (and I hate shots too)...I just didn't look at the needle or anything before I had it done...it was a long needle? eeep! I suppose it wasn't that big of a deal to me yesterday since I was also having a blood draw, but still...I feel your pain! My arm still hurts!!!

aw bless you! i got some kinda jab when i was 11 and i didnt even realise she'd finished cos she was distracting me, and by the time i'd finished talking she was like 'right you're all done ^_^'

i sat there going '...huh? o_O;' XDDDDDD just pretend it's not there, preoccupy your mind and dont focus on the pain! =D watching tv's always a good help ^_^
