My head still continues to spin this morning from my non-stop weekend. I thought it would be a time of relaxation, just to chill out with my friends and family, but plans changed, not that it was a 'bad' thing but yeh I'm an old fart and I should be taking it easy. :p A lot of my friends are telling me off though...because they are depending on me to go out with them during the break!

Fri: I was quite happy today because I saw Fernando last night when we went to the shops. We both felt a bit paranoid, hand in hand, receiving stares from mainly asian people. I think it must be me...but then I know that I will have to deal with this. Just cuz my bf isn't chinese doesn't give the rest of the chinese community in perth the right to bother about us. He is quite brown-skinned and I am yellowish/white so it may seem strange to chinese ppl. I couldn't bother about them and I won't.

On Fri I saw Gail at the shops with Tiff, been weeks since I saw her and gave a big hug on arrival :) We were here to get a pressie for June and Nic's 20th bday. It was nice to catch up with her. On fri night, my parents took me to my 'auntie's' (not a related auntie) house who is famous for match making. It was so unnecessary, all I could think about is my boo. I have not told my parents yet cuz it's just not the right time... I got intro to this guy called Will along with a whole heap of other guys and girls, but he was particularly supposed to be 'matched' with me!!! You can imagine my disgust cuz I felt like so embarassed that my parents would wanna send me off to a chinese guy who they hardly know and quickly so I wouldn't fall in love with a non-chinese! :/

I dunno whether I should thank them for their efforts or be angry and say 'butt out of my love life'. They say 'make new friends', but I think I have enough friends now...and I don't think friends is what they intend for me to make..but more! :/ This was like a debutante night! Cuz after I had to go meet this other chinese dude and his friends, I seriously hate this! Cuz the only person on my mind is Fernando. This one was a 23 yr old, Ipoh-born (mum's home town in m'sia) working as an engineer but was "drunk" when I met him. Made the situation even worse...had a horrible night. I do this for my parents, when I think about it, it makes them happy to know that I am trying. Hmmm...maybe I am not. Thought it would be spent with friends but all let me down so I had to meet these strangers *sigh*

Good thing though...Boz (my mirage) is back in the garage. YAY! But he is still making noise on the left wheel, like it was about to fall off! So had to send him back today (mon).

Sat: chinese school, only 3 ppl turned up! lol! I had work afters and that was great...3.5 hours. :) Home, Gail and Mel came over picked me up and we went to Nic's house. There was lumen ppl, Nic's work ppl and my grp. Michelle didn't show again when she said she would. It really hurts me to have her treat her friends this way. *sigh* but I guess she has her own life now with David, she makes her own decisions. Anyways...we had drinks, a 'nemo' ice-cream cake YUMM, good music and tim tams! hehehe! Good combo :p But damn these calories! Mel, Gail and I left round 12 to go back to my place to get ready to go to metros...it was a random decision at the moment to go dancing hehehe. At the club, it was packed! Got free champayne from DJ Karl Blue, but that dood is so arrogant, he pours champers on Gail!!! Music is always good there...dancers too haha. :D Got home pretty late, 4.30am!!! I haven't stayed up that long in ages!! Old granny need sleep...hahaha :p

Sun: slept in til 12, chilled, had pizza...and feel absolutely zombie-fied! o_O Feeling fat too...hehehe...maybe it wasn't such a good idea to go to metros after a party lol! I ended up with a headache that afternoon and wanted to plan my 'detox' week but impossible with the throbbing head. Wanted to stay up and watch 'A.I' too but could only stay awake till 10.30! :/

I seriously need to go through the 'detox' plan, pimples everywhere, body feels outta shape and head is feeling tired. I was much healthier during exams than this time! Hahaha! Phew I gotta go ez these holidays...it's only just started too... Hmmm...gotta rest now...might take an arvo nap. :) zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZ This weekend has been a crazy one!!! Seeing too many faces makes you wanna look at the wall. lol! Or maybe that is just me...Wishing you all a fantastic week guuys!! Take it EZ! ^_^
