Dear Diary,

Recently im been watching drama from TVB ... and it is a historical drama... the 1st ruler of Han Dynasty.. or the down fall of Qin Dynasty.... woah... Liu Bang, Xiang Yu and so on...

so instead of watching the movie... i have my laptop infront of me... so as the story move... my hand move as well... wahahah.... they talk about someone... and i start my google search... surprisingly... lots of information available... and suprisingly im been continue doing this for many days.. just imagine... china's history... long long long... hahahah but i enjoy reading it .. because it is just like a story book to me... wahhahaha

well... as a Chinese... at least.. i should know abit of China history .... am i right? am i? am i? lol correct me if im wrong... wahahha

you must be thinking...oh gosh.. J turned insane.. wahhaha... yeah yeah.. not many people like history... but im exceptional... wahahha.... i show interest at history class... (yeah i admit im weird) wahhaha...

If u come to know me... u gonna be surprise... because i love weird stuff... wahha i love tiger... (lol) oops out of topic... ...

well well... From the readings.... Han Dynasty lasted for 400 years and ruined at the hand of Cao Cao (correct me if im wrong so i can correct the internet source) wahhaha

and Empress Lu is cruel.... she actually torture Concubine Qi and killed her son... huh... power really kills... (woah i should write a poem about this.... over crazy about power.... wahah)

okay okay i better stop... because im been laughing to much for now... Ciao... ah my exam is coming soon... too bad not on the Han Dynasty topic... lol

Wow... Anyway.. I have always said this and will say this again.... I think almost every Malaysian agree with me in this... Othercountry's history is way way way more interesting than Malaysia's... Agree?? Agree??

China's history is very interesting
I've liked history for sometime but when I got into form 4 and 5, my interest was flushed down the toilet.. I like to read the history of many other countries but Malaysian history from the textbook kept on repeating itself and some facts are indeed different from year to year. Anyway, good luck for your exams!

there's nothing wrong with history...
I myself am a history buff and I would consider it my favorite subject. I actually wanted to go to college and be a history major (and I still do), but I graduated and got my degree in something else. I just don't think history has the money (but then again, I'm not really making any money doing what I'm doing now)...

You know what? Who cares if you like history and people think you're weird for it. History is interesting in it's own way and it can teach you so much!

Granted, I do think Chinese history is way cooler than my heritage (American history - it makes me want to go to sleep)...so now you make me want to go learn some more :) I think think the best thing about your culture's history compared to mine is that your culture has thousands of years of interesting stories and history...and the United States has around 200/300 years of history to it. There's not a lot of interesting stuff in my opinion in that little bit of time.

OOooh...the Chinese were awesome too! I remember in my world history class that they were actually the first people to track Haley's Comet because they actually watched the skies and they tracked an object moving through the sky (the comet) as they recorded this every day. I thought that was interesting :)

yes...hehe...history is my middle name :)

I'll have to dig out my notes. My world history class, I was able to fill up two 80 page notebooks with notes from two classes just from the teacher lecturing (so this does not include the notes I was taking from the textbook)...everyone hated that teacher, but to be honest, even though I didn't get a really good grade in that class, I at least learned something in that class and that's the most important thing.

Since you like history, do you like lecture classes? I think that's sort of a must with anything long and drawn out (and boring as people say), but I don't think you could have a history class that didn't revolve around lectures.

I love learning about history. It's a shame so many people don't seem to enjoy it. I think it's important and can apply to today, and it's just interesting. I mean... at least learn about your own country's history. I don't know, that's the mindset I'm getting from living in the U.S.
