It is just altruistic action, a natural manifestation of the true human being, as natural as breathing. Love is universal, unconditional. Such being, how can anyone take it from you or how can it make you miserable in any, ANY way? If you feel miserable, frustrated, the best is to look again. Look again and see that you unwittingly make out of that pure selfless action an ego trip, what we call " the other forms of love", like glorification of attachment, infatuation, obsession, posessiveness, manipulation, dogma, dependency, fear... Why would you or I want that, if you know as well as I that it ends up in being miserable? Let it go..... Make it real. By your standards. Re-invent your love. The key is simplicity.
