| Sunday. 5.23.04 9:37 pm ok... so the afternoon turned out to be a mess of random hilarity. I drove over to Court's around 4 to just chill cuz we were bored. After watching part of Tin Cup, we went and got a full tank of gas (1.95?!) and decided who we were gonna go kidnap (pick up). First, we stopped at David W's, got him (guys, I'm not dressed) stopped by Chris's but he was not home, and then got Tom, (guys, where are we going?). We had no idea what we were gonna do but we found ourselves driving back to Dave's to get baseball bats, gloves, balls, football and golf balls. Went to Shank Park and hit around baseballs, taught me how to catch a football and then played a short game of 2 on 2 tackle football. (how are we supossed to tackle u girls, I feel like I am violating u... come onnnn just fall over already!) hahaha. Got tackled twice but the girls def won. *wink* Then hot as all get out, we went in search for ice cream but the Ice Cream Corner was packkked, so went to Giant. Tom got cookie dough ice cream, court got sorbet, I got sherbet and Dave got donughts, a loaf of italian bread n scones. hahahah. Back to Court's house to fest. After our food Tom and Court tried to push each other in her pool, but Dave (and I watched) beat them to it and pushed them BOTH in. It was hilarious! neither of them were actually planning on jumping in themselves, but with clothes on and all they went in. Then Tom ran after Dave and somehow got him slung over his shoulders and threw him into the pool too! They stayed in there for a good 45 min but I couldn't go in for certain reasons so I just watched. We have to do that again, get all hot and sweaty from playing tackle football and then jump in the pool fully clothed, (and of course eat out of ice cream cartons.) I laughed a lot but right now instead of feeling contently happy, I just feel like I witnessed some awesome bonding and experiences but weren't part of them, even tho I know I was.. it was like my body and mind were there but now someone else is looking back on it.
