Inspired by boredom, laziness and Courtney....
a short reflection on this year: Prom- don't care. Pro/Anti whatever- stay open to other's views and respect them, don't make rash judgements. Looking foward to- psych dinner (clean up crew wooh!), end of lax season, senior dinner, graduation, beach with court.
Some of us have
drifted away (ash, robbie, tim, kelly) and some of us
toward (court, tom, david, li, keith) and some of us overall
the same. The people we meet are for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Some of your seasons have come and gone, some have proven your reason countless times, but we never know for sure who will stay for a lifetime. I am not willing to give up on the chance that many of you will. No matter which category u fall in, I am greatful for the time we had, the laughs we shared and the hard times we helped each other thru. It's been quite a ride and I would not go back to change a thing.
When I look back on my senior year- I will remember it as being one my hardest to live thru but also one of my best. The past year has been pretty manic, many amazing ups and quite a number of downs. It was a hard year for me personally bc I lost sight of myself for a while, still finding my ground again. I guess that that comes with the territory of taking chances and letting urself explore. If you've never been in a situation or felt an emotion u don't know how to respond. Now I know. So if I take away with me all that I have had the opportunity to learn this hard year, I will have accomplished more than many in one year's time. thank you for being patient.
Who will I miss? I can't even say now for sure bc already my list has changed. I will remember everyone, I will miss 5 ppl the most, but why talk about missing? bc since 3 of those 5 people are going to Penn State, I am sure we will stay in each other's lives, I mean it won't be THAT hard! hehe.
Some things I want to accomplish/do/look foward to doing before we go to college- watch a sunset on at least 2 beaches, go for a hike, take weekly night walks, road trips to Baltimore, DC, Amherst. Find the highest point around here and have a picnic, find my favorite house in hershey, mt gretna, frisbee/football etc, pool hopping, tubing, bike ride the whole path, ice cream car chats... I'm sure more will come to me.
