| just an overall painful day Wednesday. 4.28.04 9:39 pm My neck... is spazzing, literally. The trapezious muscle is in spasm. It's been like that mostly my whole life, and gets worse during stress n whatnot. Even when I don't think I am stressed, I know by how tight it gets. So Coach Y has been working on it everyday for me, icing it, massaging it, doing everything possible to make it better... then I go off to practice and thennn carry the water container, med kit box and my big lax bag across the street back to the school which just royally brings it back into spasm... and right now it hurts like a b*tch.
Had a slight momentary fight with my rents... mostly it was more like, me agravated by stuff and just venting while they sat passively back and then tried to help. thanks.
At the game today I felt so stupid bc one girl got bashed in the head and she was crying and complaining of really bad pain.. and we had no ice bc I couldn't carry it over and I never got Coach Y's cell number even after a few injuries before... so we had no trainer to over see this poor girl. I think she was more worried about having to get stiches on her head that might interfere with her perfect looks more than anything tho.
I had the opportunity once again to help some of my friends. One was crying at lunch and was in so much pain.. the other two are facing a hard time in their relationship where the inevitable break up is getting closer... I admire both of them for deciding, talking, and looking on the most positive side possible.
