| Saturday. 4.17.04 5:19 pm Woohoo! Go laX, u/we kicked some major ass today, looked gorgeous! (even tho the refs were ridiculously unfair and unknowledgable) HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLEY!
----> Got home from a pretty awesome game ("I think we are missing our team") at which I got the first sock and high tank top tan lines of the lax season, drove home, took a shower, noticed the increasing number of bruises and cuts that mysteriously appeared, and drove to Court's to go shopping for a white polo shirt to wear on Monday... but as I realized while trying some on, how much I hate wearing white, so I didn't get anything. I loved the drive to the game, so pretty. Arrived home to two grumpy rents who are thankfully going out tonight, so I get the house to myself. What to do, what to do...
In midst of this bad headache, weird bruises, grumpy parents, bad for prom tan lines, and nothing to do, can I just say... THANK GOD for this weather!
So now to plan for a solitary evening. Dunno what I'll end up doing, prolly something worthless and wasteful like flipping thru the tv channels for a good 2 hours, then eating stuff I shouldn't, then roaming the internet mindlessly with no purpose, then maybe getting around to cleaning out my lax bag, bedroom, bathroom, closet, look up scholarship stuff again, finish my honors essay, and start studying? nahhhhhh... at least not the last one. That will wait till tomorrow most likely. Who knows, I have the whole night awaiting me.
I am going thru a "missing dancing" stage. I went from dancing 6 days a week, 3-6 hours a day to nothing... and it has been that nothing since march 2003 when I picked up lax. I did need a break bc of injuries and change in location, however now I need to return to it. People used to tell me that so much expression went into my dancing, yet I didn't see it then. They also told me that dancing was an outlet for stuff, and I now see how much it was. I want to go back, but I won't take any classes around here, I want to go back to Amherst... *sigh* I guess until I can I will have to subside to my living room.
