| Thursday. 4.8.04 10:20 pm I am never sorry for having had a bad experience, or having had suffered from something. It not only made me a better preson, but gave me this wonderful opportunity to use my experiences to try and at least offer an ear to others. I really am happy with who I am... and that is the biggest step toward any solution. It's not easy, but it is possible.
P.S. society sucks (sorry for the lack of a better word) I look around me, and see suffering, confusion and doubt. Yes I feel and experience the same feelings, but I know that those things are not the most important in my life. I don't know how or why I am able to see this when no one else around me can feel the same about themselves. When I see others so unhappy with themselves in any way, it makes me stop and think, "dang I have nothing to complain about." who cares if I am not pretty or skinny or tall? I have so much more to worry about and so many things that I want to do with my life that I just can't care about that superficial crap that society makes us think about everyday. Now how to get others to find happiness in themselves... if I could wish for anything, it would be that!
Lax game kicked some ass today! woohoo girls! (playing IN the rain is awesome... sitting in the rain BEFORE u play sucks) Although 10 goals got scored in the second game... I felt like I did almost the best I could, not blaming anyone else. I could've prevented one goal from going in but II didn't want to get yellow carded n pulled out for 3 minutes, so I played safe. However, it was a sad day bc my favorite (and only) lax stick BROKE! (The awesome team spirit taping of it gave me all this good luck cuz I was playin so well and then bam! It snapped right in half!) So now I am stickless. *moment of silence please*
Tomorrow: Permit test... card night... I want to drive to MD (whose up for it?)
On the road to York, listening to that music reminded me of my favorite two ppl in the world... was so calming.
