I am so damn bored,... this is bad. haha. Well I wrapped most of my friends' gift today. Still have to get some tissue paper. The football banquet was cancelled bc we have snow and freezing rain, so it'll be either next weekend or in january. A lot of ppl are hoping for no school tomorrow. I felt like I was in the mood to be all insightful, but it sort of just left me right now. gah. I think I am getting sick, sore throat, body temp changes, headache.. blah. That's gonna suck if I get the flu or something, esp since this year i hear it is bad and since my body couldn't wait until vacation to get sick I hope I won't miss school, cuz from my jaw I already missed so much. SO insightfullness.. yea not coming to me right now. David #2 didn't get into Penn State main which is absolute crap bc his grades and SAT s were much higher than some ppl I know got in, and I feel so bad bc it is his only school. stupid admissions ppl. Li and David.. yea that's all I got to say about that. I guess we caught Saddam today, big woop de do, we'll still be in Iraq for years, so don't get too excited. The OCM got canceled too, so I still have 200,000 soda tabs in my garage. Tim and I had a breif discussion about his wanting a gf, but none of the girls he has liked like him n all that ... and I wish we could've talked about it more. It wasn't uncomfortable for me, but I guess he was. Talking about gf/bf's... some broke up recently, some are still prospering and some ar fighting as always.

One person told me the other day, "it is not worth it, a relationship that is" and i told the person that the worrying, the fighting, the distress, the going thru life unhappy is not worth it, esp now in our lives bc we are just 18... but the experience is worth it, the learning is worth it and the finding out what u want in ur life is worth it. I think that finally some ppl have realized that, everything happens for a reason. Someone else told me that they want a gf bc they have nothing to do on the weekends, tehy don't get out.... ok, so actually 2 guys told me that. What is fucking wrong with hanging out with friends???? Hell, they stick around longer, not fights, no worrying if they don't call u every night and no obligations. Damn, I love hanging out with my friends, it's the best part of life! I can go for weeks without saying one word to someone, hang out with them one night and it be the best time! The problem is, no one is willing to go out and meet new people.. they have this mentality of, oh well, we;re all leaving for college soon, so what is the point? the point is that u can still learn and gain something from interacting with new people. U might actually find what u have been looking for for all this time... or gain something from the experience to better ur life in the future. Ihave realized over the past year, how short of a time it can take for a wonderful relationship to form. I have gained friendships closer and more important to me in the past 16 months than I have ever had in my life! So, even if u just are in for it for a few months, go out there and experience, bc u never know what may come of it.
