Swirls of impending darkness (08.01.11)

Wanted to take a photo of the pretty moon two nights ago but the phone was too cui.

Our turn to chair the panel disc and we did reasonably well I guess. And the fact that Legal Theory's my fav sub now sort of tells you how screwed up my studies are (to the pt tt I am immune to disappointing results - the 2 yrs in hwach prob helped)

Re. Hazard and the ballboy. Much as I am ambivalent towards chelski, I felt that what the bb did was horribly retarded, and childish. He's 17 and the Swansea City chairman's son, and H's 21. (J: Makes us wonder what we are doing with our lives)

The fact pattern's eerily similar to 2005. [mental marker] And what hope is there if one can't even get past the threshold req of f.foreseeability? Irony, much.
