Maybe it was all flawed from the start.
Perhaps I shouldn't have walked down this path
So many times I had told myself to be careful
Yet everytime something just has to go awry.

Some get it right once; others spend their whole lives trying to no avail.
Probably besides myself, only Jos will know what happened every single damn time..

Everything seems to just not work out.. (as usual)
And in the end I am just building a castle in the sky
Present in thought only, indulging in my own world

Alas.. The wheel of fortune turns.. and stops for the moment
Everyone looks on anxiously to see where the pointer landed at

I just went bankrupt again.
What a way to end my day.. realising whatever I'd done.. was just plain wrong?
