my lecturer Mr Paschal says in yesterday lecture that we do not have two ears and one mouth for nothing.

hes right.

we shld listen more than we talk.

but in such times where everyone is in a hurry to speak up and express themselves, does anyone really listens?

i know of ppl who have a blank look when u are talking to them, ppl who cant wait to finish your next line, or ppl who smile at you after u finish then ask you what you wanna do next (they are the worst)

have a cousin who is a great person to talk to, witty and smart except she spend 80% telling you about herself so no matter how interesting the convo may be it gets tired after awhile...

anyone guilty of the above? i know i am though at some point my boring life did make me more of a listener than a speaker.
