I've always wanted to try authentic Korean food.

So, I have a question:
If I were to go to a Korean resturant - what would be something good to try? I like everything really, and spicy food isn't a big deal at all. But, what would you recommend?

bibimbap is a must try, its vege and meat all mixed in a hot stone bowl, their bbq, its like burito except you wrap it with fresh lettuce,kimchi soup with glass noddle, and ginseng chicken if you dont mind the slightly bitter ginseng taste.

I like anything with ginseng for the physiological effects...but I am not that big on the taste of ginseng, I don't think. Might have to try it sometime if I ever find an authentic Korean eatery around me. And..do the cute women come with the meal too? hehe
