Can you believe im actually on standby? It means im just like a freaking soldier who can be activated back to work anytime during this weekend.I have never been activated ever! in my entire lifetime!
I've got a birthday to attend and energy to be refilled again and they can bloody well destroy all i ever wish to have on this weekend.
Talking to your manager is futile.They will only get the impact when you resign, but then again, they might just replace you with someone else too.
