So, side note from what the original meaning of this post is about. My titles are never relevant to my actually reason for the entry. I feel like I need to address this real quick. I've always done this when blogging of any sort. It's actually the title of the song I'm listening to at the current moment I decide to post something. Just a little, fun fact if you will :)

Moving on, as of late I've really been getting into this whole, cooking kick. I stumble recipes regularly (yes, stumbleupon. its amazing. if you have no idea what i'm talking about, go here http://www.stumbleupon.com) and I've come across some simply fantastic ones. One being "Garlicky Home Fries" which is wedging about 6 potatoes and basically smothering them in garlic and a flour mixture and baking them so they're wrapped in a crunchy, garlicky goodness and then you can dip them in ketchup or sour cream and it is the greatest thing. (If you want the recipe, let me know!). I've also come across pomegranate cupcakes with a pistachio icing, a "root beer float" cake, and now I am adding to my list candy corn.
Yes, the Halloween standard, whether you like it or not, candy corn.
You see, I have this thing for candy corn. It is quite possibly one of my favorite types of candy. Don't ask my why. It just is. Now, I've freaking found a recipe for it?
I think I might have just died and gone to heaven. I have every intention of making this as soon as possible, and when I do, I will let you all know how it went.
Thought I'd share this tidbit of excitement with you all! ^.^

hell yeah, stumbleupon is the best. had to forcibly disown it since it was sucking up all my study time. but always glad to see somebody else who's into cooking. it's be cool if you could gimme the link on my blog, i have six potatoes and some flour to spare :-}
