May sucks. Tuesday May 1, 2007 11:35pm The reason I don't like the month of May:
testing. AP & etc. Well, it's better this year because I'm a senior and I don't have the standardized testing, but AP tests just suck. I'm taking 2 this year, English Lit and Environmental Science. I doubt I'll pass either one; it's sad that I pay $83 for each test just so I can get that weighted grade on my report card. I'm paying for my grade... I also have a poli sci paper due this Sunday at 11:59pm... haven't started in the slightest bit-- no ideas, no thoughts, no nothing... Courthouse tomorrow for a fieldtrip, while the young ones take the standardized testing. =D Recommended by 1 Member 8 Comments. Wow sounds like you'll have fun with those tests (SARCASM). I also don't see why you have to pay to take a test. » catatonicloki on 2007-05-02 03:11:43 I got a 1 on the us history exam. I find that very sad. =x extremely disappointed. Is your school like mine? Does it start in September instead of August? grrr... I hate this. » Ajibalaji89 on 2007-05-02 09:00:22 I forgot to say that I am also taking two. There's the French and English Lit. So I suppose we're both taking lit together! yes! I would be taking Bio this year, but we only have 8 period days...and I ended up getting screwed over. » Ajibalaji89 on 2007-05-02 09:03:21 May is always crazy. It's the end of all things, it seems. At least for school. Always tons of stuff happening/ending, and there just aren't enough Saturdays for everyone to have their senior open houses on. » invisible on 2007-05-02 09:41:19 I wish I could take a field trip to a court house. » Dilated on 2007-05-08 10:31:10 i agree i am taking two AP tests, stats and chem...the stats one was real fun (major sacrasm) so i am def. not looking forward to the chem one...along with that i have gotten in a big fight with my favorite teacher and my boyfriend broke up with me...so i think May pretty much sucks bigh balls » brittybratty8907 on 2007-05-09 05:40:09 my teacher chose the books we read this year because she said every year at least one is on the list. Well this year none were on the list. I was panicking. I ended up choosing The Crucible. I haven't looked at that play for two years... and I managed to remember two characters' names on the spot. I think I did ok. » Ajibalaji89 on 2007-05-11 03:33:07 Does your school require you to take the test in order to get the weighted grade? Because when I was in high school, the AP test was completely optional (although admittedly it would be strange to take the AP class and not try to get a 4 or 5 on the test afterwards). » ranor on 2007-05-17 03:13:41
