DONE! =)
Tuesday November 28, 2006 7:26pm
I finally submitted my college applications.
The minute I pressed the submit button, my heart started beating fast. lol. It's so weird to think.
Here's what went thought my mind:
I applied to COLLEGE?! crazzyyy!! but dang, $235 for application fees?! I better get accepted to all of them!

I applied to UCSD, UCLA, UC Riverside, and SDSU.
I would've applied to more, but I can't afford it! $60 for UC schools and $55 for Cal State schools.
My #1 choice is UCSD, but I'll be perfectly happy with SDSU, although a lot of people at school say SDSU sucks because it's easy to get into.
>> well of course it's easy for US to get into.. we LIVE in San Diego! We have an advantage over people applying from out-of-state. I hate it when they rag on SDSU.. it has a good business program, but they think they're too good for the school that they won't even apply. idiots.

Must shower.
adios! =D

oh yeah. I have a question! =)
Are all UC schools blue and yellow/gold?

Haha I knew it!
I saw this title on the "Newly Published Entries" thingy I knew you were talking about this. Did they have to get done by Thursday, or before Thursday?

Anyways, I never knew it cost so much to submit applications...how many schools is $235? Ugh. Why does education have to cost so much -_-. I think I'm going to be applying most locally, because all the out-of-state expenses have scared me off...but blegh, what am I talking about, I don't even know for sure about any of these things. I feel so unprepared.

"The minute I pressed the submit button, my hear started beating."
Well, I hope it was beating before that lol :) But on a more serious note, that happened to me last year when I took an online math course. I had done terrible before, and my good GPA was riding on this one test. Haha talk about heart attack...

Lol sry this has been so long...and I can't answer that colorful question...but I'll respond with a question of my own :) How do you change them colors? Just HTML codes?

Ok i'll shut up now :D

ugh. I didn't finish yet, and I was told that this person stopped accepting applications that are due before december 1 and whatnot. at least they were sent online. yea! the rest I did handwritten. I've been rereading things and ugh. I sent 2 online and five that aren't... so expensive. I have to pay my parents when I get the money.le sigh. I couldn't believe that Uc Berkeley's applications were due on november 30th. Is that the same with all UC schools? the weird thing is that the rest of my schools are due after christmas break... hmm. I'm running on cookies.. yea!

good luck
good luck on your college hunting. Don't stress, college is really easy to get into. I had an SAT score lower then 1000 and got into Long Beach State. My friend with a 800 SAT score got into UC Santa Cruz. UC school's really care about the essay. And my theory for state schools is they'd rather have an avg student so they will stay in college longer (more money for them). My other friend had a 1200 SAT score and got denied from SDSU. Good luck again!
