1.) To have the body i’m meant to have: a healthy, strong, more muscle and less fat body type. Eating within my calorie goal everyday, and exercising 3-4 times a week.

2.) Communicate my emotions, thoughts, and feelings in my relationship more.

3.) get out of credit card debt and start really saving money.
