I've taken the first step. I've decided that it is time for me to make the changes to make me feel better. Step one was cutting off my hair. Ok so it's not chopped off persay, it's Layered. I had about a foot taken off the front. Yeah 12 inches of hair wacked off. But it feels better. And I feel better. Next step is going to be dieting. I want to lose 100 lbs. I'm going to do it properly. I need to decide on a plan of action such as excercise. But this time next year I want to be 100 lbs lighter. I've got alot of stuff to change about myself but I'm going to do it. I know with the people that I love to support me I will be able to do it.and I'm sure someone out there will encourage me. So here is too my future! *fingers crossed*

You can do it.. i gave up on dieting... it made my butt bigger... as for cutting off hair.. i'm thinking about it too... I haven't written anything in a day or three so i figured i'd come by and drop you a line... or three... *hugs*
