writing all this down and reading ur guys' comments have really helped...i am still a bit hurt...and unfortunately i still have feelings for this guy...but both are slowly going away.
Today i reviewed for my Chem final (YIKES!!!) and then went bowling in gym...not too bad, I got a 120...but still not that great
tonight i have cheerleading practice and then cobblestones...then i can come home and study for my chem and english finals. No finals on weds. thank goodness...then on to the next semester...where i have to classes with Mrs. Hutter (like a Home-ec teacher) and this her last year teaching so i am so glad i can get these classes with her this year...i still wanna take world of food next year tho...hopefully ill get it
throughout this past week, i have had my kelly to get me through things...She has made everything so much easier to deal with...she is 100% percent what a best friend is supposed to be...i mean who else whould throw a shoe or a pencil at someone who is pissing u off...when i feel like crying...somehow she can make me smile...i know u read these...I LOVE YOU KELLYLEE...without u i might be home now crying myself to sleep...instead i am here in school being for the most part the cheerful Brittany everyone knows and loves
Yeah, getting over someone you really loved isn't easy. It can drain your will to live, but the only and best thing you can do is be try to find something positive out of it and look to the future. I'm not you, but I can already see something positive. You now know what you DON'T want, so you can avoid it next time. He left you now, instead of dragging it along then leaving you when it would hurt even more. Your now single and the one your meant to be with is that much closer.
It's amazing that most girls seem to not know this; that girls have all the power when it comes to relationships (or at least they could). YOU can do the choosing, simply because almost every guy would find it hard to turn down a girl, cuz girls hardly (if ever) do approach them. To most guys, the girl that's talking to them is their only chance for a relationship!
I'll give you some tips that make me want a girl (most of my Observations on Dating is what I stole from girls that I was head over heels for! That stuff will work for you too!). Talk to other guys. Even if you get "turned down" (which is HIGHLY un-likely compared to guys) I'd still feel a little jealous that she's talking talking to other guys cuz I know that other guys will take any chance to talk to a girl. Guys want sex, use that to your advantage.
You can have SOOOOOO much power over guys and you don't even know it. Believe me, secretly, every guy at some time feels like he's not good enough to be with the girl he's interested in. So they don't even try. Then the girl thinks, "No guys like me" cuz the guys are too insecure to do anything. Yet, if the girl would show just a little interest, the guy would start jumping around like a little puppy.
Read "The Rules", it's an amazing book that explains how to capture the heart of any guy. Just find it at a bookstore and read it without buying it, that's stuff works because I do the same shit!
I quess my point is, this is not the end of the world, make a commitment to yourself to make yourself happy, doing whatever it takes. Do stuff that interests you, anything! Make your life all about you, not about how your ex is making you feel. It should be all about how you want to feel, then going out and making that happen, cuz truth be told, no one's going to do it for you. You have full control your life, not outside influences and events, you choose your attitude, believe it or not. This was a huge one to get for me, but I realized that I'M the only person that can my me happy. It's true. It applies to everyone. It took me a while to get that, but once I did my whole world changed. I hope this helps, if not now, I'm sure it will someday!

You are the bestest friend and you know it and you'd do the same for me.
