I would go to "Publish New Entry" and my computer would send me to a blank page.

Weird...

Right now I'm making a fruit pizza, and I believe that is the most pertinent news I can come up with. I'm using just a regular jiffy crust mix, then crushed pineapple for the sauce, with apricot white stilton cheese, strawberries, and fresh spinach. I'm so psyched.

In obviously much less pertinent news:

1. I made the UIL district team for speech and debate.
2. I've been going on many dates with Kodwo lately, who's a guy from my Academic Decathlon team.
3. It's off and on snowing today, and my heater literally broke this morning.
4. District was supposed to be tomorrow, but it was cancelled because of the apparent "blizzard like conditions" in Canyon, where it was supposed to take place.
5. That means all my weekend plans are a bit thrown off, but ah well, such is life.

I feel like in the past I've had better things to say, but they aren't coming to mind anymore...

---

I had to desert my entry to finish my pizza, but now it's done and I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor. (that was a pun) Since it was my own creation and so delicious, I'm bestowing you all with the recipe.

Hannah's Pizza-Tart

Ingredients:
-One box of Jiffy pizza dough mix
-One can of crushed pineapples
-A sizeable amount of Apricot White Stilton cheese, crumbled.
-Strawberries, sliced. Also a sizeable amount.

Instructions:
1. Make the crust, following the directions on the box
2. When you have to take it out of the oven after the pre-bake, put your can of crushed pineapples on it as sauce. Then put the crumbled cheese on top of the pineapple sauce.
3. Put the pizza back in the oven for 14 or so minutes.
4. Take it out of the oven, and cover the cheese with sliced strawberries.
5. Put it back in the oven for four or so minutes, or until it looks doneskies!
6. Eachyo pizza-tart, fool!
This makes about six small-ish slices, but two of those slices filled me up just fine. And I have a huge appetite.

Basically that's it. Obviously, changes can be made to the recipe. I just made it up, it's not like a set recipe. You can do what you want with it. I'm pretty sure it would be good with spinach leaves at the same time as strawberries, but I couldn't find any organic spinach leaves at the store earlier. I'll try it next time, because I'm planning on growing spinach this summer. So yeah. It's so good. And while it's probably slightly fatty, I think it's pretty healthy, especially if you buy the pineapple that's just in its own sauce, not in extra syrup.

Hmmm. I love food. :]

Your pizza sounds interesting, though not really my thing. :P Take some pictures next time, eh? ;D
