There's this one:

If girl announces in presence of other girls that she would like to date a certain boy (or girl, for that matter), that boy (or girl) is off limits to all other girls in the presence. That means: no touching, no dating, no liking. Even if one or more of the girls in the presence of the first girl like that certain boy (or girl).


Slightly related to the former is this one:

If girl has dated or been involved with a boy/girl, her friends are not allowed to date or be involved with that boy/girl.



Another one of importance is this one:

If a girl has had feelings for a boy/girl in the last few years, chances are she still has feelings for that person, whether she voices it or not. Don't risk it, ever.


And here's the last one that matters today:

If you have feelings for someone your friend who is a girl has liked, dated, been involved with, or anything of the sort, do not ask her if it is okay to like, date, or be involved with him, because she will say yes whether it is okay or not.









I hate girl rules.

Girl rules are pretty stupid. It's easier to be friends with guys.

L-Lawliet: it means let say, my friend, jolenesiah, has liked and dated U, i as her friend, cannot date or like u. but actually that sentence can be put in another way but then i feel this sentence is like referring either girl or boy also cannot like the guy ur girlfriend has dated. that's very direct!

i seriously don't play with this kind of girl rules. i even don't mind my friends befriending my enemies so no big deals with ex bfs.

These rules may be annoying sometimes, but they are definitely true.

No dating friends of exes or exes of friends, if somebody calls dibs, everybody else better step off. But I do think it is fair when a girl says that she likes a guy for her friend to reveal that she also likes him. If there is no way for either of them to get with him, they can like him together. If there is a chance, then it is way more likely that each girl will be happy for her friend than if they hadn't talked about it.

And you're totally right, she will say it's ok even if it's not. But if you have the choice between asking her if it's ok or just doing it, you should definitely ask. Then she doesn't feel like you don't care about her feelings.
