why, why, WHY are the Jonas Brothers so popular?

And who the HECK are Demi and Selena?

And WHEN did Jesse Maccartney become J. Mac and popular again?

Deana and I went to Barnes and Noble today and looked at the "teen" magazines. Ick. All of them had practically the same stories about the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus and Zac Efron and the elusive Demi and Selena. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? WHAT DO THEY MEAN? WHY ARE THEIR LIVES SO ENTERTWINED? WHEN DID THIS KIND OF THING BECOME POPULAR IN THE LEAST?

Also, they used words like jeal (to mean jealous), deets (details), obvs (obviously), drama (reffering to someone becoming too hungry and tired on the set and needing a can of tuna), and buds. Buds. Who uses the word buds?! Sixth graders, apparently. Because who else reads magazines like J14 and TWIST?

Well, I'm totally jeal that sixies get to hear all the deets on J. Mac, because obvs, my buds and I just can't keep up with the DRAMA.

Oh god, teeny-bopper pop magazines. Every child/teen star associated with Disney has to go into music for some reason. Or if they started with music, they go to acting. It's awful. And then you look around and wonder who the brainwashed dipshits are that support this stuff, anyway...

I agree completely. Even when I read those magazines when I was in 6th grade (i really did read them in 6th grade for a few months :/), they weren't that bad. Haha, I mean really, deets? Buds? All I can say is wow. That's pretty pathetic.

Hmmm... Jesse MacCartney is J.Mac cause calling Jesse MacCartney is too long for the fans.. I have no idea how those people become so famous, I don't listen much to today's music anyway, they sort of turn me off.

I don't understand this newfangled teen talk, lol, Whenever I read these I think of how old people must have felt when they read our magazines. But then again, ours didn't suck, so there isn't really a comparasin. (I really mangled that but hopefully you catch my drift)

Because they're cute? I have no idea. I think the less we talk about them, the better
