Y do the courier company's customer service say and do things differently?
Situation is I am not at home to receive a parcel, so they left me a note to either reschedule the delivery date via phone or to self collect at Changi. Hello, of coz I choose the former. The self collection address is like in the midst of industrial parks, how to go there?

So, I called today at 8.45am to ask them to redeliver again and mentioned that my brother will be in and gave them his mobile. Customer service said ok, will deliver btw 2pm- 6pm. In the event they delivered the parcel, I also asked my brother to sms me. So by the time I finish my training, I called my brother and realised that they have not delivered. The time was already 5pm. I reached home and called a 2nd time to ask whether the driver is actually on the way, and AGAIN the customer service said yes, on the way and should reach before 6pm.

I waited and waited and to no avail, its 8 pm. Do you know that this is not fair to me? I wanted to do my own stuff , but in case i missed the delivery, i stayed at home, not bathing and peeing till I cant take it? You bloody hell can call me and inform me of the late delay? I called twice to confirm and yet this happen? I have no time to go down next wk or wait for you at home. Nobody will be at home to receive your excellancy! shit you, I am going to call tomorrow morning after my driving lesson and demand that you better keep that damn parcel at the collection place while I storm my way down.

And there is this idoilt who spoilt my day. What is the use of going for CG when you dun practice what you preach or study? I do not ever want to wait for your initiatives, smses or calls anymore. I do not want to be left out anymore. I shall shut you out of my life like you do so to me. Thanks!!

Apologies for the foul tone and language, I need to vent out before i hurt anything or anybody in my way.

Well, that's the kind of service Singpost is giving these days. I've encountered my fair share of lousy crappy service from them, and even gave them many pieces of mind twice. Now, I simply order in whatever I wanted and needed in one full lump order to save myself the agony of taking leave, not peeing, bathing, eating, napping.

Did I also mention that they don't knock on doors too?
