I accompanied Deb to Fitness First (like a gym centre) thinking that we will jus work out as recommended by her fren. Reaching there, we filled in a temporary membership form and then another form specifying the details like which areas do we wan to focus on (e.g. weight loss, re-shape and power). Of coz i chose weight-loss and re-shape and improve eating habits. haha... The vice-manager of the centre served us, brought us through the building, 5 storeys. There is a cycling room with special lights and the room is completely black, dance studios, cardio space.... next up, he sat us down and "forced" us to listen to him and finally sign the contract. I think he is really hard-core (personal selling), although i didnt like tat, i signed in the end. there are alot of classes which i can attend (technically free).Will be paying abt $60 a month, so i will make full use of it when my program starts late july. Prob go there 4 times a wk. N my ideal weight is 45-48kg, n i wan to have a lean body and no tummy. Sounds like a lot of work to be done man. Ok. Something bad happened. Me and deb went to try one of the classes, a cycling class (45 mins). Heard that a man lost 19 kg within 10 wks. Now i see why. Its not normal cycling, have to increase resistence, stand up to cycle and there are 7 tracks of music which we have to follow. Initially i couldnt stand coz my legs very suan, but i persisted. Next, suddenly i lost control of the bike, n my legs went off the pedal and the pedal jus hit my boney legs. Oh MAN! so painful loh, the bone hurts like hell. I teared abit, really stopped for a few minutes. After that, i felt naueous, n i left the class. Until deb pointed out that my leg was bleeding, i wouldnt have noticed. Now my legs are flawed. Tink will only recover in a few wks. Abit swollen. ARG!!! Anyway, the class is quite ok, the female instructor is really pretty and has a lean and lengthy body. So envious. The walls of the class is black wif stars and planet pics, so when the ultra-violet lights are switched on, all white things will be look suddenly so white and bright. haha... Not bad. Will be recovering from my leg injury. Here's prove: The membership card which will be scanned and ur face will come out, i can use it in Fitness First anywhere ard the world.
