^ that one..my sister was like omg jessie thats realllyyyyy good..and she goes hey mommy and i am like NO shhe cant read it..cuz normally i dont let anyone read my poems..but lately i have been letting people read them cuz then they kno how i feel...but yea and then my mom read it and she was like thats good...we had gone to counseling yesterday and thats when she read it after counseling..and the counselor had told me i should find an activity to do when i get stressed or sumthin that takes my mind off of everything..cuz like my dad flys his model airplanes, my mom and sis do yoga and i do nuthin..so i was like i could swim cuz i love swimmin..and then after my sis read my poem she said whenever u get stressed u should write poems and like i can only write poems when i am really upset or extremely happy..or reall confused..so i was like that wouldnt work...but yea thats all i have to say...
haha Ajiness...muwahaha. i think swimming is a good way to relieve stress. you can swim with friends or by yourself....OOO and i heard cleaning relieves stress. I heard it somewhere and apparently Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachay were there . . .
