Each morning I go through the drive through, "Thank you for choosing your palmdale, Starbucks this is Charles,Diane, or fill in the blank, How are you today??" Well I suppose its become so scripted that when ever I give my unscripted response they freeze and nothing more is said...

This morning I replied I am doing Great ITS FRIDAY! .. Silence

Yesterday I am doing Really Sleepy but Fantastic! .... Silence

Its almost like companies need to prepare their employees in the case some one doesn't just say I am fine or great and etc....

"Okay Billy your working Drive Through and some one responds I am having the best dang morning of my entire life!! How about you friend? What do you say??"
