I have issues saying it too, although I think my problem is that it's not intuitive for me... Everybody says you know it when you feel it, but I don't. >.> It's good to know you've made progress, though!

I also feel stressed out when I think I'm being coerced into an emotional response. I think it's partially because I DON'T easily have that response, though. So I feel a little guilty.
