So I have gone three full weeks without any fast food and I am gaining weight.
I simply don't understand why my body hates me. I've given up all that fatty greasy deliciously convenient goodness and my body punishes me by getting fatter.

But I'm still proud of myself for maintaining self control and determination. No fast food for the rest of the year!

In other news, I bought a drum set for TheThaitanic as an early Christmas gift and he loves it. The brat found out that I was getting it and wouldn't shut up about it so he got it this past Sunday. I think he likes it. And that makes me extremely happy!

Also I went for a new job interview and I didn't get the job. =( I'm pretty bummed out about it. Work has been so dead at this place that I'm afraid that if they continue to slow down like they are, I wont have ANY job by Christmas. They'll probably do more layoffs and I'd be one of the first to go. So there's that sitting in the back of my mind.

Its actually REALLY stressing me out.

That is some self control! That is really cool, and I'm glad you're proud :) What's your exercise regime like? That makes a huge difference in weight loss...blah blah blah, Muffy sounds cliche. But it's so true.

Hahah..."the brat" found out, eh?? Better hide those gifts better next time! Though it must be hard to hide a drum set....
