Oh that sucks!! just go ahead and stop typing and rest ur hands for a while. Just relax them, and stop typing 4 a while, and it should pretty much feel better by itself, hopefully.........

yeah, carpal tunnel sucks....if it still hurts, wrap it with an ace bandage for awhile and like CPK said, stop typin for awhile, maybe a day or two...and it should feel better :)
