If you can sell it, if the juniors think that its better for them to buy the new books, you can't even sell any! Even now, it's so hard to get someone who's interested in selling their books because lecturers tell them that they need it later on in year 2 or 3.

The first year was for my pre-university course. For some odd reason, Fridays are not for classes, its more for meeting with your lecturers for questions and guidance and to finish up assignments (like we so do that) and then another year is that we conveniently changed our time tables to get at least one day off or the time table came with a day off. There was this one semester where I only had to go to campus for 3 days a week. That was utter bliss.
