The Pink Skies

mood: bored...but happy...

I love it when the sky turns pink orange red and purple towards the end of the day. It's so purty. I guess it's always like that except when there's fog, over here, it looks like a huge fire is burning the whole city down. It's not pretty either. I also like it when at nighttime the moon looks huge and yellow...it seems a little freaky but it's actually a nice sight. Enough about that, haha...

I have fifteen more days of summer and only fourteen left to finish my book. It's "The Land" by Mildred Taylor. And if you've seen it it's long! But I like it so far. It's sad...it's about the slavery and discrimination times. The last chapter I read, his father whipped him...and the son was nude. Whoo...haha...needed to share that with someone. No need to bring you down with the talk of school.

Hope everyone is having a good summer. HOw many more days left of summer...do you have??

i like it when the sky turns like that too! it's better than during the day when it's all blue or all gray from the clouds. hmm... today is august 15th and my school starts september 7th.. too lazy to do the math
