One of the worst places to get diarrhea.
Saturday, May 1, 2010
I'm about a third of the way through my US History SAT subject test and-OUT OF NOWHERE- I feel a sharp pang of intestinal discomfort.
In my head: "Oh my god. Do I really have the urge to go take a dump at 8.30 AM in the middle of my SAT subject testing?!"
The tugs of my bowels were unrelenting; every 7 minutes or so I'd get that immense discomfort....to prevent any accidents from happening in that classroom full of strangers I had to constantly move around in my desk and..er- "clench" the lower half of my body in a way.

I finished my test about 10 minutes early. The urge to excrete was stronger than ever. It was the longest 10 minutes of my life ().

Apparently, I spent over 5 minutes in the bathroom because I was late going back to the classroom. LUCKILY, the proctor was just reading the instructions to the 2nd hour of testing. Phew. I got back just in time.

Bowel crisis=over...for the time being.

Good luck for the next few days.

Oh yes, that is much worse than what I was going to come in and say. I had some bad cake, and it caught up with me in my friend's friend's parents' restaurant.

I broke the toilet, and felt horrible. I never went back to that restaurant.

You know one of my friends was able to delay the test because he had an "emergency." It's always okay to just tell the person and see what they can do for you!

Subject tests suck, by the way. XD But I'm sure you already know that. How many did you take?

RE:
Weeelllll, my birthday wasn't that great, but thanks. :]

ryc
Yeah, I did! Apparently it's always a joke, but I've actually done it... I had some day old strawberry short cake? I think... it had strawberries and whipped cream.
» ikimashokie on 2010-05-02 09:26:19

ha. Don't you hate when that happens?
I've got such embarrassing poo stories you'd think what just happened to you was nothing.
Still sucks though. =/
Lets hope you did okay on that section despite the distraction!!
» SporadicFunk on 2010-05-03 08:32:15

Hahahahaha. One day we should swap poo stories. =p
As gross as that sounds...It could be funny!

RE:
Was Math 2 difficult or something? I took Math 1, Literature, and Chemistry.

And I know, right? Winning a hat was great. The food poisoning? Ehhh. But it was nice to just be done with it.

RE:
That makes sense. I didn't study for any of them, though. XD

I'd rather not have to detox that way, hehehe.

RE:
Thanks for the luck! And in case you're curious, this was this year's poem:

And this was last year's:

It's pretty simple, you know? But it still helps to study the old ones, see what you would say, etc.

RE:
Actually it was still sort of early.

Honestly, multiple choice does not exist in IB exams except in the sciences and languages, to the best of my knowledge. My psychology, history, mathematics, and English exams were all essays. I think my Psychology paper one was in total 1750 words (which, yeah, is the size of your World Lit). There are three psychology papers. XD
But that's why I love IB. You can't BS multiple choice.

re:
I'm really not. That's what we were told to aim for. Four short answer (250 each), one long essay (750).

RE: Blog post
This is what happened to me during Math II ! Except I spent about 7 minutes of my actual test time because I couldn't wait til it was over...I'm convinced I would have gotten at least a 740 if I'd had those 7 minutes.
» middaymoon on 2010-05-09 12:01:01
