Last night, while I was studying for History, my digestive system started screaming out in agony.

This morning, I actually WOKE UP from the urge to poop. That is a first. I've only needed to pee in the early morning.
My bowel movements seem to have dramatically changed....
At least I can study some Spanish this morning?
Heck, I woke up at least a half an hour earlier.

A little help
Immodium is great for that but only take one bc it will dry you up so bad you won't poo for like 2 or 3 days and bring watrer with you because you'll have to worst cotton mouth ever. If you don't like to take meds (like myself) banana's, carrots and (non greasy) meat help. Honestly though to go to school I'd just take the medicine. Drink lots of water either way, hope you feel better soon.
