I'm not going to get too much into it, mostly because it'll probably just make me way too angry right now, but it has indeed been a long week. Last Wednesday, my AWR teacher (Writing About Music) decided to write 6 out of 7 people in our class up for academic dishonesty. Why, you ask? We worked together on a homework assignment. After three and a half years of working together, they decide to tell us NOW that it's cheating? I don't think so. I'll give you the whole story some other time. The shorter version is that we're appealing this.

And now I'm pretty sure I have the flu. I don't give a shit if it's swine or normal, I'm fucking sick of being sick! >:O grr. The messed up part is that I went to the health center Monday morning cuz I had a sore throat. Nothing else was wrong with me, just a bit of post nasal drip. I sat in the clinic for 3 hours (literally... 8:26a til almost 11:30a) with a room full of coughing, sneezing, mask wearing people. Now I have the flu. These masks don't do shit.

So, here I am again, sitting in the health center with a room full of sick people. I've been here for one hour and 2 minutes so far... I wonder how the fuck long it'll take this time...

Ah jeez, that sounds like total suckage. :/ Get some vitamin C and drink fluids, I guess...

it's kind of silly for a teacher to discourage students to help each other out with homework. definitely worth an appeal. it'd be different if you guys all wrote the same exact paper.

What's wrong with helping each other our on assignments?? I don't really like sharing the fruit of my hard work with others unless they give something back to me but that doesn't count as cheating. It's called study smart and is what the Masters degree students are doing.
