I made the two phone calls that I needed to make, but that was about it. I never did get out of my house, but I think I can manage a single shift without a belt. The pants that I wear them on are a little higher and the belt was usually worn loosely anyway. I'll stop at the mall on my way home and get a couple belts. I'm also going to have to put gas in my car before I leave work. I'm 100% sure my gas light will come on before I'm even halfway to work tomorrow. Luckily I know how much gas is left in my tank when the light comes on so I know I'll be able to make it without running out, especially since it never came on last night when I drove home.

My insurance company will cover my rental car at no additional charge because I already have the coverage necessary for rental cars so that's nice. I also found out that I will have better luck at being able to check in at the hotel early if I call the day before, rather than 3 weeks out. I've also decided that I am going to attempt to upgrade my flight ticket to first class. If it's available, I'm simply going to mention the fact that this is the first time in 7 years that I've taken a vacation and that it's been 3 years since I've seen my family, so I would like to know how much it costs to upgrade so that I can treat myself. I'm hoping mentioning those two things first will get the ticket agent to upgrade my seat for free, but if not, then it only costs $50. I deserve this for myself. I've worked hard and I deserve this.

I think I've found the perfect bag to buy and bring with me. It's a rolling duffel and the packing cubes should help out quite a bit with space conservation. As long as my laptop will fit in the bag, I should be good. I'll be buying it with the next paycheck.

Alright, as bad as it is, I will be watching one more episode of the Walking Dead before I call it a night. I'll have to get my laundry done after work tomorrow, but I can go to bed early if I'm really that tired so it's not too big a deal. Hopefully it goes by fast.
