Well, at least I'll have plenty of shit to talk about with my therapist when I finally go see him. . . 2 weeks from tomorrow.

Who knows how much more depressed I might get between now and then.

Happiness seems to be eluding me right now.

It almost doesn't seem worth it to be happy.

Happiness easily eludes you if you sit in one place for you too long. You have to go out and find it...which, I realize is the hardest thing to do when you have absolutely no motivation to go anywhere. But you just have to.

I find the thing that really connects with me is music. Music is unbiased. You can make of it whatever you want. And get down if you try something and then find that it doesn't bring you instant happiness...it's a process. You will get there.

i agree with muffy. i sometimes feel happiness is eluding from me, but hitherto i don't want to feel helpless; i want to be in control.
