This is what happened..(my dad is also a sheriff deputy)

The two officers (Chris and Mike) were heading to the suspects residence to serve family court papers. This is frequent problem house so they took two officers( they normally only take one)

When they arrived at the residence, the 2 kids were making meth inside and they were met at the door by the gunmen.....guns blazing.....

The first officer was killed instantly and the second was able to hit his emergancy call beacon but died shortly after.

The two kids dpearted the scene in a red cavilier and were shortly thereafter in custody. The GUNMEN however is still at large and will not go down without a fight. i will be surprised if they take him alive. The last report i heard was they were looking for a white pickup the the northern part of Bradford County PA.

Yesturday afternoon sucked. i had no idea this was going on and it was almost my dad. My dad also took that warrent, but oppted not too. This brings the reality of his job to a brutal awakening.
