(including visitors from my xanga) element 94  | we remember all the times we spent together Friday. 07.23.04 12:20 pm >>> clue: orange mood: happy BEGINNING OF DAY ONE good: mi amor came to visit! bad: later than expected. yo mama: my hair was total crap XD but jolie liked it. BURLINGAME AVE good: took the bus to burlingame bad: but we got off at broadway and had to walk to burlingame ave. yo mama: we went to crepevine, sonia made me laugh while i was drinking, and italian soda came out of my nose. XD i was being naughty at the hallmark store. END OF DAY ONE good: went to baskin robbins before we left bad: and had to wait for the bus back home. yo mama: i was scared that my mom would be mad that i was out so late XD but it was fine, and sonia's mom gave me a ride home. BEGINNING OF DAY TWO good: woke up early bad: ... too early. yo mama: had nothing to do for a while XD and then i called mi amor. IHOP good: we met at burger king and took the bus to IHOP bad: but i sat down on the wet part of the bench at the bus stop. yo mama: my butt was wet the whole bus ride there XD but mi amor and i had a good brunch. BURLINGAME AVE REVISITED good: we actually got off at the right stop this time. bad: the burlingame library had no open computers. yo mama: some knitting lady looked like she was talking to herself. XD "oh no ... i bust a nut!" <3 GOING BACK TO MILLBRAE good: we stopped by starbucks on the way back and talked to mi amor's friend on the phone. bad: we were planning to meet amy outside her art class, but we couldn't find it. yo mama: we met up with amy, but sonia was being a poop face and didn't want to go with us to san francisco. XD we had fun without her. hmph. METREON good: we arrived at the metreon right on time to catch the 3:30 showing of "anchorman". bad: the lady at the concession stand was kind of a biznatch. yo mama: poor doggie got punted off of the bridge! XD it was a good movie. made me laugh. HAIGHT good: the night was still young, so we decided to go to the haight. bad: it was kinda cold yo mama: and some creepy guy offered jolie a jacket. um, no tee why! XD we had lots of fun browsing the different shops. "oh, dis is peace shop! peace shop!" END OF DAY TWO good: i bought a harmonica at the haight. bad: we weren't sure if our muni tickets were still valid, since they expired two minutes before the train came yo mama: so we paid the 35 cents anyway. XD mi amor and i discussed politics at the park before i left. <3 BEGINNING OF DAY THREE good: i didn't wake up so darn early. bad: it was kinda hard to make plans yo mama: and things were complicated with the fact that i was supposed to babysit that morning. XD however, everything worked out in the end, and i was free to leave the house. YERBA BUENA good: sonia's mom gave us a ride to yerba buena. bad: ice skating didn't start until 12. yo mama: bowling alley was full as well. XD we decided to go ice skating first. ICE SKATING good: ice skating was fun bad: but sonia fell while we were racing, and i fell while trying to skate on one foot. yo mama: amy's skates weren't working XD but we found out that her jeans were the problem. o@; SUSHI good: we walked back to the metreon and ate at sanraku. bad: sonia spilled soy sauce on her sweater. yo mama: amy ordered shrimp tempura but they gave her shrimp and vegetable tempura. XD jolie ate sushi for the first time, and the teriyaki was orgasmic. BOWLING good: we went back to the bowling alley, and after waiting a while, we got a lane. bad: i had to ask my mom to deposit more money because i ran out. yo mama: guttergutterguttergutterguttter ... XD i pwned like whoa at bowling. POST-BOWLING good: we still had time to do other stuff bad: but we were all kinda running low on el dinero. yo mama: we couldn't decide where to go XD and then we all agreed to go to pier 39. F-LINE good: we got good seats on the f-line car bad: but none of us had ever taken public transit to pier 39 before. yo mama: i thought we had passed our stop XD but it turned out that we didn't, and we got there just fine. PIER 39 good: salty pointed us in the right direction, and we got to see some sea lions. bad: it was windy and my hair was getting messed up. yo mama: darn $1.99 friendship bracelet sorta broke XD but we all had fun. jolie was a good tourist and bought lots of souvenirs, and we all got ice cream (we almost orgasmed at the smell of the ice cream shop). GOING BACK good: sonia's broken balloon animal was transformed into a very phallic symbol. bad: we found out that we were waiting at the wrong place, so we had to cross the street and wait for another streetcar. yo mama: this one was a bit more crowded and we didn't get such good seats XD but we sang really loudly to kill the time. GOING HOME good: we got off of the streetcar at the right stop bad: even though we had to hold open the doors so that all of us could leave. yo mama: some smelly hobo freaked out mi amor. XD we ended up arriving home safe and sound. END OF DAY THREE good: we ate dinner at amy's house, and it was yummy. bad: we didn't get to rent a movie from the library like we planned to. yo mama: we were all really really sad, since this was probably the last time in a long time that all four of us would be together, what with amy moving to taiwan and jolie going back to fresno.
