well. i broke the internet on my laptop.



the little usb wireless router thingy. yeah. i broke it. it wasn't really working, so i was fiddling around with it, and then it just. broke. so no more internet downstairs, which means no more internet at all, since 99% of the time i'm online is without my parents knowing.

my stepdad doesn't know it was me who broke it, though. he just thinks it kinda, broke, from deterioration or something. i hope we get a new one soon. i went to compUSA, andit turns out that the thing cost $40. oopsies.

i'm here at the library. --; the guy to my left is at a yahoo chat, the lady to my right has a privacy screen on so i can't see what she's doing. this is how bored i am. i mean, i could be doing more productive things, like summer reading, or memorizing my lines for ACT, or driver's ed online, or anything else other than sitting on my ass and typing away. huckleberry finn sucks. i guess i'm just not used to reading anything that's not on a monitor and laden with banner ads. i'm sure i'll get those lines memorized eventually. and i don't care how great your shockwave skills are, you can't make learning about license classes and their various towing capacities any more interesting than they already are. which is not much.

urgh, i am such a loser. okay, i swear, after my hour on the computer is up, i will read good old huckleberry finn.

in other news, three weeks until i get to see mi amor again ...

poor rick with no internet. well this weekend i'm going to be counselling summer camp near santa rosa so i won't have internet for 3 weeks. *gasp* *deep breath* it's ok. i'll survive. maybe. on to more important matters...
