mood: happy

well, my weekend was fun.

friday ... rehearsal, we choreographed the first number, pretty fun. then came the dance. wow. it was hella fun. well, people say it wasn't very fun, but i enjoyed myself. i guess dances are one of those things where if you go in with a bad attitude, you won't have a good time. and judging by how sucky homecoming was, i'm guessing a lot of people came in with a bad attitude. but oh well, sucks to be them.

saturday ... work day in the morning, i did some paper mache with the bucket o' cum and traced the books for "book report". so when you see "you're a good man, charlie brown" (not "if" you see it, "WHEN" you see it), and you see "the cat in the hat" or "the adventures of robin hood" on huge flats, yup, i took part in that. then i got home, changed into some preppy ass clothes, and went to cast / crew bondage (that's what esther calls it). sammy was my ride, and oh my god she is the funniest person ever to drive with. well, it was her first time driving on the freeway alone, so she was hella freaking out. oh god it was so funny, we were screaming our asses off. i mean, SCREAMING. it was hilarious. then i invited her on a picnic, and i was wondering why i never invited her earlier. but i guess it's better late than never, right? anyways, first we ate dinner at peter's cafe, talked about selective lactose-intolerance, and played the infamous "penny game". then we went to watch "les miserables" at serra. it was hella good (made our musical look like crap), but i guess they had the advantage, what with it being a tri-school production and all. but oh man ... SOOO many picnics. so many. (inside joke, don't worry about it.) too bad we didn't get to stay long. at the end of the day, sammy decided against driving on the freeway again. "i don't think my throat can handle any more." so we ended up going home, with michael jackson in the cd player pumped up to maximum volume, via el camino.

sunday ... well, okay, today wasn't as great as friday or saturday. but it didn't go as bad as it could have. i slept until noon (which i haven't been able to do in forever), woke up, ate a good breakfast, did some homework, etc. the only downside was that my parents almost made me spend "quality family time" with them, walking across the golden gate bridge. of course, i knew one way or another it would end up with me arguing with one of them, so i naturally didn't want to go. i fell asleep on my bed before they could arrange to leave, so they ended up going to the park without me. yay. and now here i am, typing it all out for you.

and that's how my weekend went.
